Reed Diffuser? -Who, What, Why
Share
Well first, reed diffusers are any vessel that contain a fragrance (mixed with a base), accompanied by sticks that absorb that fragrance and disperses it in the air.
Who is it for?
- EVERYONE... EVERYWHERE... no but really lol. Literally. Anywhere. IT can take the place of any freshener ANYWHERE
- People who live in tight spaces
- Dorm Rooms
- Office Managers
- Bar Owners
- People with kids/pets
Why? - Do I need it...
- It's beneficial in places where flames aren't permitted, (dorms, offices, hotels etc.)
- Can be stored high, if you need to keep things out of reach from kids or pets.
- Due to the multiple reeds being positioned in different angles they naturally let out the fragrance around the room
- Does not require plug-in, electricity, or fire so is safe and efficient.
- Can/ (should) be re-used
How do we use them?
- For smaller areas 4 to 7 reeds is usually sufficient to provide a nice fragrance. For bigger spaces you may need additional reed sticks to fill up the entire space.
- You also want to ensure you choose an area with good air circulation. Not necessarily directly by a window or vent but a breeze is nice
- Our provided fiber reeds do not need to be initially flipped, but once you notice the smell fading you can flip for a more concentrated fragrance. Flip maybe once a week till you feel the smell is very faint. (also give the bottle a swirl make sure the fragrance and base are still connected!
- Impurities such as dust and particles can start to clog up the reed over time, which hinders the fragrance oil from diffusing properly.
- For best results, we recommend switching out your diffuser reeds every 2 to 3 months or when you start noticing no scent.
